The two -hour investigation revealed that Ongo was shot five times, three bullets still stuck in the body.

Shighali, Haikai and Kagame were arrested together in Roysambu, Nairobi. The court authorized the suspects to be detained for 30 days at Ruaraka, Muthaiga, Capitol Hill and Kilimani police stations while the investigation was underway.
