Why the winning teams are not allowed to go with the real cup

Article 11.01 of the UEFA regulations states:

UEFA is also implementing strong guidelines regarding copies of trophies. They are not allowed to leave the team’s home country without open permission.
Additionally, clubs are not allowed to use a copy where “the third person has been given appearance.” Finally, the winning teams are awarded 50 gold medals while the second winners receive 50 silver.
