“I want to ask respectfully, Mr. Prime Minister Raila Odingaalthough I have seen people say he wants to contest the pope, but I want to call them for trying to attack the father, we will not take it easily. He must call Governor Orengo and Senator Suna for this unprecedented and offensive robbery, “ Cherargei said.
Cherargei continued to accuse Orengo and Suna of deliberately undermining the government, claiming their actions have threatened its stability and effectiveness.
Chargei also targeted Kisumu governor Anyang ‘Nyong’o due to his recent statements claiming the presidential administration William Ruto You disrupt the resolution by delaying the funding of county governments.
In response, Cherargei asked Nyong’o to nullify the statement and apologize to the public.
“What is sad is that the professor can discuss this issue at a summit in the White House when he meets with the President and other governors. Governors Nyong’o, Orengo and Senator Sifuna must stop deceiving the President. We will not allow that,” He added.

Speaking on Thursday, April 24, Sifuna opposed Ruto’s recent views on the management of the Rural Maintenance Tax (RMLF), saying that the president’s silence on governors’ motivation to manage the treasury clearly shows.
Sifuna said ODM chief Raila Odinga has instructed the party’s members to support the governors’ goal of controlling the treasury, with the Kenyan leadership first remaining to respond.
The Nairobi Senator referred to Ruto as “an enemy of the resolution” after the president suggested that some of the funds allocated for counties should be managed by the national government.
Defending county chiefs, Sifuna claimed the effectiveness of the resolution depends on the change in the country’s head.
He cited the delay in the national treasury in providing county funds, despite the scheduled Senate’s planning plans.
Sifuna held that the true resolution could thrive only under the fully dedicated president for his principles.
