During an interview on Tuesday, April 22, Sudi narrated how Malala’s failure to grab the Kakamega 2022 governor’s seat was the beginning of her political collapse.

The Kapseret MP claimed that the Kenyan Union first gave millions to the governor’s campaign, but he misused the money.

Why was Cleophas Malala not appointed as a minister?

According to Sudi, instead of Malala using the money to campaign, he used a large part of the money to build a luxury palace that he officially opened a few days after he failed in the election.

The MP suggested that the former Kakamega senator had never intended to win the governorship seat that was very competitive.

He added that Malala was later promised the position of Secretary -General but still missed following a report by the National Department of Intelligence (NIS).

The Kapseret MP claimed that Malala was fired as secretary -general of UDA for allegedly issuing KSh 5 million weekly from the party account.

“He wanted to be appointed secretary of the Cabinet, and we fought for him as his friends, but we failed after an unpleasant report about him from the National Intelligence Department (NIS). He was promised the position of Secretary -General, but missed. He claimed.

Does Malala regret to support William Ruto?

Another news, the former Secretary -General of Uda regretted supporting Ruto in the 2022 general election.
