Mary Gichuhi, a mother of nine children, revealed to Majozi that she lost four children during an interview on television.
The depressed mother who experienced a difficult childhood life also added that she endured a stressful married life.

She narrated how she discovered how her one child died, just getting the baby's body in the mortuary.
“One of my children was found dead and taken to the City's mortuary, I remember it was April, I looked for a baby from March to April, I was looking for my baby and another woman when my brother told me that if anyone was looking for a baby or anyone was lost, the mortuary was a place to look at, I asked him if he knew anything about it, but he told me to look.”
“I dreamed, and in that dream, my dead mother told me not to look for a baby but the baby's bones because she was with the baby,” she cried.
Gichuhi said another woman told her that there was a boy who was brought to the mortuary.

He was given a number, 119, and was shown a way to confirm if the child was really his.
“My brother came in while I was left outside the mortuary, but later I had to follow him, I was shown the first corpse but it was not his, I was shown another, I told them not him, they showed me one body after another until we arrived at my son's body, that time they turned off the phone, and asked me what to do when I found my son's body.”
