Kimani Ichang'wah is scolded by a crowded crowd during the visit of William Ruto Mount Kenya

Nyandarua – Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wah faced a bad reception when he tried to address residents during a presidential visit William Ruto In Mount Kenya.

The incident took place on the third day of President Ruto's visit to the area, where he launched key development projects, including Last Mile's program to distribute electricity to citizens and a cheap housing project in Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County.

Despite his efforts to speak, Ichung'wah was badly criticized, with the crowd interrupted him by shaking his hands and shouting until he was forced to interrupt his speech and thank the future.

In a video published by TUKO.co.ke, the MP seemed confused and desperate, struggling to convey his message with a loud noise from the crowd turning off his voice.

“Thank you, President Ol Kalou have said that all construction stones and 'Cabro' for this cheap housing project be provided here so that our youth can find employment,” Ichung'wah succeeded in saying before he failed with the noise of the crowd.

Women's Representative Nyandarua was recovered during Ruto's visit

Nyandarua Women's Representative, Faith Gitau, also encountered a similar situation when he tried to speak. The crowd echoed his speech and caused violence.

However, unlike Ichung'wah, Gitau appeared calm and ignored the noise, assuring the President that such a situation is not a new thing for local residents.

“Mr. President, don't worry, our people are always so,” He said.

Gitau continued to express his gratitude to President Ruto for his commitment to various development projects in Nyandarua, including the construction of hospitals and the playground.

He also used the opportunity to ask for more security resources, explaining that crime has increased in the county.

“Mr. President, don't listen to those noise,” He said, then he changed the language and spoke to Kikuyu to address his inhabitants directly.
