The former headquarters of the Jubilee party is for sale, auction is May 6

The building located along the highway of Thika It has been auctioned by Garam Investments Auctioneers on behalf of Stanbic Kenya Bank, a subsidiary of South Africa's Standard Bank.

The required price is KSh380 million and the monthly rental revenue will be around KSh4.35 million, secret sources that are aware of the information told TUKO.co.ke.

“All intended buyers are asked to look at the property and confirm the information as these are not allowed by the auctioneer,” It said the auction notice posted in one of the daily newspapers on April 1.

Garam Investments said the auction would take place in their offices Western Heights, Karuna Road in Westlands, Nairobi, starting at 11am.

Land Part, LR No 209/1530 Emani Business Center along the Thika Road, the Pangani area, is registered under the Farmers Industry Limited.

Tender Terms

According to auction notice, interested bidders are required to pay a KSh 5 million tender deposit using a bank check or cash during the hammer collapse.

Emani Business Center Problems

This is not the first time the building has been auctioned off. Last year, TUKO.co.ke reported that the same building was auctioned by Philips International Auctioneers.

The sale was expected to be announced on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in their Klipwaswa offices.
