Tanzania – One family mourns following the tragic killing of their 36 -year -old relative, Deogratias Ichua.

Ichua, a construction worker in Moshi, Tanzania, is alleged to have been killed by a man who had hired him for a construction project.

According to his family members, the suspect allegedly paid the late TZS 200,000 (approximately KSh 9,749), and when he claimed his payment, the man was reportedly abusing him.

Witnesses claimed that the suspect chased Ichua with a sword, but he managed to escape.

To Luck Worse, he was found unaware of his home the following day and confirmed that he had died when he was taken to hospital.

After his sudden death, angry mourners carried his coffin to the home of a man allegedly killing him.

In a video report by Gadi TV, the mourners put the coffin at the entrance to the suspect, screaming and causing violence in the beach.

However, the suspect and his family had already fled, fearing for their lives due to the anger that was leaving among the residents.

His only sister Ichua referred to the deceased as a good man who had never argued or caused problems.

“God punish all those involved in his death,” He said.

Another relative added,

“He just wanted him to be paid for his job.

People on the network expressed shock and anger over the incident, condemning the brutal killings.

Some expressed their concerns about the increasingly deteriorating security and demanded that the authorities take action.
