Some major modifications include establishing the highest new standards, expanding the scope of contributions to finance workers in the informal sector, and create a two -level system of contributions.

This change is the third stage of the implementation of the NSSF Act of 2013, which aims to improve the retirement benefits of employees by increasing the contribution rates over the five -year period.

What are the low and high -quality NSSF charges?

Increased rates can overwhelm households in difficult economic times by reducing employees' revenue to KSh 1,512.

Higher and low -income revenue will be increased by the NSSF from KSh 36,000 to KSh 72,000 and KSh 7,000 to KSh 8,000, respectively.

The NSSF Act 2013 states that the highest deductions will increase from KSh 2,160 to KSh 4,320, and the lowest contribution will increase from KSh 420 to KSh 480.

“The minimum revenue limit for the third year of the NSSF Law of 2013 will be KSh 8,000, while the maximum income will double the national average (KSh 72,000),” The law states.
