Mbosso, by the name of the famous Mr Yusuf Kilungi, joined the Wasafi in 2018 and has played a major role in the label's success.
For many years, the artist who has been in the midst of the band has built great popularity through his music, thus strengthening his role as a star in Clean.

Rumors of Mbosso's departure had been widespread for several months, and Diamond now explained that the departure took place in peace.

Through Instagram The Komasava singer explained that the discussion was completed in a way that would ensure positive change for Mbosso as he began his journey as an independent artist.
“We have had a productive discussion with Mbosso how he will officially manage his work. Everything has been resolved peacefully,” Diamond said.
The Wasafi boss called on fans to ignore any rumors about Mbosso's departure, adding that he and Mbosso together would make a formal announcement in a timely manner.
Will Mbosso pay for leaving the clean?
Father Levo, a close ally of Diamond, revealed that the Baikoko artist would leave without any financial conditions.
He explained that the decision was made due to respect for Mbosso's significant contribution to the label and he had a good relationship with Diamond.
“Due to the great respect he has in Mbosso for Diamond and Clean Records leaders, Diamond has opened the doors to him as an independent artist,” Father Levo said.
Mbosso himself once expressed wanting to leave Clean for good compromise, making sure there would be no hostility.

Why did Zuchu threaten to sue Clean fm?
In another information reported by TUKO.co.ke, Zuchu, another artist who signed up with the Clean label, recently threatened to sue Diamond Radio, Wasafi FM.
The singer accused the center of constantly abusing him while Diamond failed to do anything to defend him.
According to Zuchu, the broadcasters are mocking him and showing him that he wants to marry Diamond.
